What we collect

When you submit the application on this site, we collect what you provide directly: name, contact information, general property and purchase details, and ballpark financial information (income range, estimated credit range, employment type). This initial application does not trigger a hard credit pull — that only happens later, with your separate authorization, when you're ready to move forward.

How it's transmitted

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for all pages, including the application form. Information you submit is transmitted securely and is not sent over an unencrypted connection at any point.

How it's used

Your information is used solely to evaluate your mortgage inquiry and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising or marketing unrelated to your inquiry.

Who sees it

Your application is reviewed by Penny Psencik (NMLS #111937) and, where necessary to process your loan, by Crosspoint Financial, Inc. (NMLS #56921) personnel and the third-party services required to originate a mortgage (such as credit bureaus, once you authorize a credit pull, and loan processing/underwriting systems).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your application at any time before closing by contacting Penny directly at 615-810-3988.
